Takes full responsibility for the running of a particular section of the kitchen

Looking for a dynamic, hard working restaurateur with a focus on customer service and sound knowledge on cost controls and staff management.  Experience in a busy, high volume restaurant environment essential.  Minimum 5years experience in similar environment with applicable diploma or similar
 
Services Supervisor
Work in conjunction with restaurant manager, focussing on daily customer demands for a high volume restraurant.  Need to have experience with perform stock takes, handling cash ups and coordinating and continuous training of staff. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar environment
 
Kitchen manager
A small but busy cafe requires a leader with kitchen knowledge and able to be customer focused.  Minimum of 4 years experience with recipe standardisation and role out, stock taking procedures and staff management.
