From the first meeting where I told you that I was looking at your venue for our wedding with a reaction of great surprise to the day arriving, we received nothing but total professionalism, warmth and friendliness. Nothing was a task too small or too big for you and your team. You and your team went out of the way to meet our requirements and make our wedding day something for us to remember as well as our guest.
As the Cinderella story from a pumpkin to a princess that is what our day felt like. From walking down the isle to eating the desert everything was exceptional and perfect. The desserts were even more than I had been presented and have kept our friends and family talking since our big day. Every time I see someone they comment on the food and even more so on the desserts. The layout and the taste of everything was lip-smacking and kept everyone going back for more.
The waiters and barmen had a wonderful spirit and were great team players with everyone. They were on the ball to ensure everyone's request for a drink was met.
I can not thank you or your team enough for making our day very special and especially for going that extra mile for making it special for us.

We have been making use of the facilities at the forum/the campus for a number of training events hosted by our company’s “Academy of Learning” and “Leadership Academy”.
I am extremely impressed with the service rendered by the staff. From Tania, who handles our bookings, to the manager(s) on duty, to each individual employee. I am yet to encounter a member of your staff who has not been prepared to “walk the extra mile” for us – from assisting with setup, to helping carrying goods, to meeting special requests (our last training there required an “overhead projector” and a “video machine”, which Tania managed to arrange for us!) ... the list goes on!
We often make use of external service providers to present the training on our behalf and they have commented on this as well. One of our external presenters told me as much: “Elmarie, I have been presenting this course all over the world. And never before – at any other venue – has someone from the venue walked with me, to my car, to assist me with carrying my stuff”.
The venue plays an incredibly important role in delegates’ overall learning experience – thank you for helping us in this regard!
Show & Tell conference - 30th October 2009
We wish to thank you and your staff for an excellent day on 30th October 2009.
A special commendation on your lunch staff who were of the understanding to have the lunch ready for 12h30. Unfortunately we had to juggle our agenda which resulted in lunch breaking at 12h00. It was only ten minutes before that I informed the lunch staff that there was a last minute decision to break for lunch. They had a positive and can-do attitude and when we broke for lunch, your lunch staff were all ready prepared. It proved true professionalism.
Also the food tasted absolutely fantastic and we received many compliments. Therefore please convey our sincere thanks and appreciation to the chef and the kitchen team for a most delicious meal.
ANGLOGOLD ASHANTI AuDITIONS LAUNCH EVENT
Nine Dots, on behalf of AngloGold Ashanti, we would like to extend our sincere gratitude for all the assistance in making the AuDITIONS event a resounding success.
Tracey and Kim were a pleasure to deal with and their assistance in every aspect leading up to the event ensured very smooth running on the day. In addition, Monica and Ronnie were always on hand during set up day and the event day / evening and nothing was too much trouble for them.
