From Farm to Table is the perfect outing for the whole family. Guests can enjoy a delicious farm-style meal under the trees while overlooking the beautiful countryside on the Forum’s working vegetable farm near Lanseria. The talented Forum chefs will create the perfect meal using the freshest locally farmed ingredients.
"Our Farm to Table offering is all about the ingredients we use and showcasing the wonderful produce we have access to locally. Our dishes are a celebration of the farmers and their amazing contribution towards producing first grade products and the care they take to do it. As chefs we can only enhance the ingredients’ greatness. The pleasure of using free range and organic produce allows one to experience what these products are really meant to taste like and, as a chef, I am so grateful to be able to cook with these ingredients and create delicious dishes for our guests" says Arno, Innovation and Development Chef, at the forum company.
Children will also be treated like VIP’s and will enjoy delicious kiddies fare that they can enjoy and will be entertained with pony rides, face painting and loads more fun activities.
